Jeremiah 29:11-12 11 For I know the plans and thoughts that I have for you,’ says the Lord, ‘plans for peace and well-being and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope. 12 Then you will call on Me and you will come and pray to Me, and I will hear [your voice] and I will listen to you.
Life is full of twists and turns. From birth through each decade of life comes new opportunities. Trials and hardships come along too. Some things we have choices in and other things we did not have a choice in. I do know God can help you overcome abuse, trauma, drug and alcohol misuse. The abuse may be mental, physical, spiritual, emotional, sexual or other. You may be codependent and need to learn to stand on your own feet. No one knows exactly what you have been through because they are not you! But, there are many women who have been through very similar situations who can have an understanding of your trauma.
You may have grown up in a loving home, an abusive home, a fearful home, workaholics home, or under church abuse or in a loving church. You may have low self-esteem, stress, insecurity or you may be confident and bold.
Everyone is different. Our hope is to see each Lady 'Step into your Destiny' To know who you are, to know your identity in Christ. To live life to the fullest. To know when hardship hits that you can still walk in strength and have the Might of an Eagle!
